Computing SLA

Tiktalik Computing SLA is a contract that specifies the availability level of Tiktalik Computing service provided by Techstorage.

Accessibility commitment

Tiktalik platform takes commercially reasonable measures to maintain Tiktalik Computing availability on a 99.9% rate per month. If Tiktalik Computing availability does not meet the level of access, the user has the right to obtain Compensation as described below.

Definitions

Unavailability of service

This means that all your running instances in the given five minutes are unavailable, and you can not run the replacement instance.

Tiktalik Computing availability

Calculated by subtracting from 100% of the average value of the "Level service errors" of all five-minute periods during the month.

Recompense

To 25% reduction in the cost of the service in a given period.

The level of service errors

This means the number of occurrences of errors in Tiktalik Files services understood as server response status "InternalError" and "ServiceUnavailable" divided by the total number of server responses during the five-minute calculation period.

Tiktalik Files availability

Calculated by subtracting from 100% of the average value of the "Level service errors" of all five-minute periods during the month.

Recompense

Is a 10% reduction in the cost of the service in a given period. In the case of "Tiktalik Files accessibility" of less than 99% the reduction increases to 25%.
